We engaged Ogle. Projects to undertake an end to end commercial office fitout in a new commercial building. OP provided practical advice in terms of buildability, materiality and costs which informed the final building consent plans being achieved in a cost – effective manner. Their project management and general construction work onsite was superb with nil defects encountered and with project works being completed within a highly compressed period of time to align with programme. I would strongly recommend Ogle. Projects again in terms of universal construction works as well for ECI (early contractor involvement) to provide practical design/materiality advice in advance of lodging for consent.
